Het overkomt elk jaar 15.000 \u00e0 16.000 Nederlanders. Zorg er voor dat u dan niet hulpeloos toekijkt. Iedereen vanaf 13 jaar kan het leren.<br><br>Door het volgen van een Reanimatie- en AED-cursus, bent u voorbereid. In 3 uur leert u een hartstilstand herkennen, mond-op-mondbeademing geven, hartmassage (reanimatie) toepassen en de Automatische Externe Defibrillator (AED) gebruiken.
